Cheating customer by charging for DD that was not requested fo

Hi,

My HSBC Credit card no. 4384 5999 9843 2297 with the card name of Parameswaran Pillai has been charged for a DD for balance transfer that I had not asked for. Along with that I have written to the bank and followed up with the bank for 8 months, but nothing has happened to this.

They have finally reversed the DD Taken issues in November that I had not asked for 1 month back but have not reverse the interest on the same. I have been harassed mentally on this issue by their collection team. Finally they have asked me to close this card. I have been harassed so much that I am closing this card.

If there is any SIBIL consequences to this the bank is liable, My payment history have been perfect until I filled a indemnity for the DD. I had taken the stance that I shall pay for the amount that I am liable to pay and not for the amount where the bank has cheated and charged me upon.
