Harrasment by HSBC credit card

Dear Sir/Madam

I had made a payment through HSBC credit card on 27th March for Rs 38000/- but i have not received the statement nor any written intimation from the bank for payment when i had receive the call from the bank i immediately made the payment vide cheque number 080544 for Rs 38000/- now the HSBC credit card is harrassing me to pay Rs4927.85/- more towards charges which are unecessary.
