Wrong information to CIBIL by HSBC

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Maya Prakash Pandey, working in an utility company as IT Manager.

I had been the customer of your bank from 2004 to end of 2005 as a credit card user.

I had canceled the card in 2006 after a final settlement and full payment,

but unfortunately, the information sent to CIBIL is wrongly communicated

Can I ask the reason?
