HSBC Credit Card
Completely paid balances but they had levied late payment fee and made it to abig amount for past 2 yrs and constant harassment from local agents

I had owned a gold credit card of HSBC and had paid my balance dues a little late by 15 days, they had charged a late payment fee of rs. 500 for which I ignored, but from 2007 they had made an interest charged for the late payment fee and had brought it to a whooping 20000 and are harassing to pay this amount. Please advice.
