HSBC Credit Card
Recovery Call

I got call from HSBC recovery department that there is some amount due with my card. For more information i called the call center and i got the below information:

My old car number was 4384599992391754

and there is no amount due on that.

It has expired and closed. After that HSBC dispatched a new card 4384599915412984. I didnt get the card and the same confirmed by Call center. The due amount is on the new card that i didnt get.
