Fales transaction and Recovery Agent

Hi Sir

I have credit card holder of HSBC Bank. And the Credit Card Number is. I had some dispute amount of Rs 12500 amount with the bank in Month Sept. Since i had not done the traction. I had been complaining to the bank since last 2.5 years. But never got answer Because of this i Did not pay the money since that time..

I got call from one of the bank recovery agent Name is Jogindar Singh. He abused my family and told me that if i will not pay the money, He will kill my family and so on. More ever he told me that he is from Police etc. My mother is heart patient and it cause the problem to her. The person given me the other number called O.P. Sharma and he told me that he will seal my home and he will sui me etc.

I seriously want to understand whether bank is doing this or some other agencies are doing this.

I came to know that the amount is reached up to 61 K which is really not acceptable since there were dispute between bank and me.

I want to know to whome should i Approach and how to Approach.
