Charges of Hsbc cardit card

Dear Sir,

I am getting bills for Hsbc credit card no 4476929985136636 outstanding of Rs. 5000/-.i have not received the Hsbc credit card, all though I have applied for the same one year back have not used the hsbc credit card also after getting the bills when i enquire with hsbc, they confirm that card is not used, one time fees, and late payant charges has been levied on the a/c. now they are not ready waive of the charges, kindly assist us for same.
