Cancelled card without any reason

1. card got cancelled without any reason. (got an apology letter for the same in the month of JAN after requesting for at least 50 times).

2.By requesting at least 10 times, new card got issued with new No. with annual fee got charged on it.

3. Instead of telling me how much I have to pay, interested in charging finance charges every month. I have to make at least 2 call every week to get it removed extra charges got levy on my card.

4. No reply for mails... requested lot of time to info@hsbc.co.in
