HSBC Credit card Account not getting closed

Dear Sir,

I holding the Credit card of HSBC for around 2 and half years..one year back i have called the customer support and closed my card since i haven't done a single transaction. for you kind information I am having a loan account and having a debit card account with HSBC. while i was checking my loan balance i saw that there was a premium credit card membership fees of Rs 2000 and 10 % service tax of around Rs 203.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue... I called up the customer service number in chennai... but not giving proper answer to resolve this issue...
