HSBC Credit Card Annual Fees

Dear sir/madam,

I am Arif Shaikh, I have been using HSBC credit card (Card No: 4476 9299 9338 5050) since 2006. the also send me addon card which i havn't applied, I took this card because they said this is a free card, I don't need to pay anything for using this card. But the last statement they sent included a Rs.700 membership fee and Rs. 72.10 service tax. and 350/- rupees for addon card fees, When I called up their customer care they said this is not a free card so I have to pay the amount.

I need your help to come out from this problem. Don't know why do these banks give unnecessary bluffs to general public.
