CHARGES ON UNDELIVERED CREDIT CARD

HSBC neither delivered me the credit card nor I have used their credit card at any point of time.and now I have received a payment detail in which they are showing total payment due Rs.7, 504.26 and they have shown the PRIMARY CARD NUMBER - 4384 5999 9380 1827. Whereas the fact remains the same that the said card was never delivered to me and I never made any purchase by using the above said credit card.
