Cheating customers!

Dear sir

With reference to undersigned credit card: 4384-5999-9342-3168, till date I have not received any statement from bank for depositing the amount. At the last minute, I receive a call from banking and inform to pay immediately.

Kindly let us know the reason for not sending the statement and advice us whether use this card in future or not.
