HSBC CREDIT CARD Issue

I got a call from number 91 22 40698600, threatening me about the O/S amount on my HSBC Credit Card.

I have n number of times referred the matter to HSBC that the open amount is towards the charges & that too not due to any fault of mine.

I don't know when & how this matter will get settled.

Pleaseeeeeeee do not go for HSBC Credit Cards.
