Wrong Debits in my card account

MY credit card NO is :4384599910778140 in this month statement annual fee for Rs.- and for Add on card annual fee for 1000/- . This is 100% fraud because of before taking the card, your marketing people say, This is absolutely no annual fee, so thats why iam comitted to this credit card. IF dosent want to deduct this 3000/- you will simply cancel my credit card. Because of ihave no interest to use this card.
