HSBC Credit Card
Unexpected billing

Iam working in Govt. Sector. At the time registration the representative of HSBC told me that the Annual fee for entire tenure is NIL. I agreed to take the card on this condition only. The card was expired by December. I had no dues regarding the payment. Even then the bank has sent me credit card statement in March stating to pay about Rs. 4000. The break up for the amount was not mentioned. I made a ring to customer care, but therre is no use. Later in this April agin statement was sent to me with late fee, service tax on the late fee etc etc. So far I did not paid the money.

Advice me please.
