Wrong demamd

Credit Card No. 4384 5914 0285 5817.

Last month and this month suddenly I received a statement saying that I have to pay a sum of Rs.2, 778.85 with interest and late payments etc. But I am not at all using the above credit card. Even several times I inform that I am not using HSBC card to your business call agents. So I am not going to pay the above demand made by you. Please delete the above card from your books, since I am not at all using. Please treat this as a request and cancel the above card.
