Unfair practices of HSBC

Hi

I had taken HSBC credit card which I had to cancel after they charged unfair interest charges and late payment charges inspite of paying the amount in full on time.

Now after I have cancelled the card, they have been sending me bills with late payments charges and interest charges. Now I have been complaining to the customer care, collection department and via emails and complain sections but to no avail.

The worst card you can have in your kitty and the most idiotic customer care. STAY AWAY FROM ALL HSBC things

I am planning to seek legal proceedings in a consumer coart. Need help
