Issue Tata AIG insurance without my knowledge

I am HSBC credit card holder. On 23th June I have receieved a TATA AIG insurance. I was shocked to know that the HSBC bank has made this insurance and i don't know whom they have made nominee and an amount of 225 has been deducted from my card without my knowledge.
