Ad experaince with HSBC

This is sudhakar HSBC credit card no : 4476921201209610. I had bad experaince with HSBC customer care. In detailed. I have HSBC credit card since last 2 years. while taking this card they informed that there are no annual charages on primary cards and add on cards. when i called customer care to take a reversal of that charges they told that you have not intimated that to reverse those charges. we can return half charges only as u are not using the card. i told them as ill escalte this issue to your higher ops. then they told if you have mailed regarding this then we will not return cahrges even single paisa and do wat ever you want.
