Credit card not recieved but recieving the statements

Dear Sir / Madam

My Self Neeraj Sharma and i had applied HSBC credit card somewhere one year back. I got many sms that my card has been sent.but many time i have complained that i didn't recieved my credit card. Later on i started getting my credit card statement on my Mobile against card no.***********0662.i contact many time to customer care but no satisfied results came out. This time i get a statement for the month of July 08 worth Rs.1179.78 INR.

Is for this services your bank is awarded as The Best Consumer bank.

Its my request last time to discontinue the services of that card or else i would not have any other option than to file a complaint against bank.

Looking for a positive reply ASAP.
