HSBC Credit Card
I have not yet received my credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for credit card before two month. I recieved PIN number on 11/9 with a REF no and also recieved phone banking number. But the credit card is not yet received till now. Please let me know what's the status of my credit card.
