Debit service tax and late payment

I am using the HSBC Credit card (CARD no: 4476 9212 0513 9433) services since several years. Every month I have remitted due amount before the due date. With reference to your statement for the October month, I have surprised to charge Rs.11533.75 (Rupees Eleven thousand Five hundred and thirty three and seventy five paisa only). But I was purchased only For Rs. 285.45, and the balance amount full of late payment fee and service charges. In every month I repeated the same for wave off the other amounts. But till there are no response from your side. I am ready to pay only the amount I have purchased from Sree Annamar enterprises –cbt amt Rs. 285.45/-. But I am not willing to pay other amounts. Please stop this procedure for the coming months.

Please look into the matter and credit the amount Rs.11248.3 at the earliest and oblige. Also inform the actual due amount for Rs. 285.45, I have to clear the amount as early as possible.
