Credit card payment dispute

Hi There,

I have made payment to settle my credit card a/c of HSBC somewhere in November last year. Now company is telling that they have received only Rs. 500 and i need to pay Rs. 15000 .

My card no is 4476929997605511.

Unfortunately I have missed that receipt but I believe that the company must have duplicate (carbon copy) whit them from where they can find out the exact amount which I have paid. The are not co-operative in this regard and harassing me my making to many calls. I require some intervention form forum like this.
