Preclosure of loan

We could not access this banks call centre execureive through different toll free phone facilities provided through their net work, once I requested them to close my all loan and i want to pay the full loan amount and fore close it. Executive not properly responding and saying that it is not possible to drop cheque directly, we inform to head office one of our executive call you and tell you the amount and then you have to drop cheque, even though if you drop cheque we will not consider the amount towards clearing of loan pre closures.
