Not receiving settlement letter yet

My card number is 4476921201250440.

I had payed my settlement amount a week ago in noida branch.

The concerned persons are mahendra chauhan (9811208045) and sudhashu (9999017357). They have being giving me all false promises with big talks that it will reach my office positively. Till date it has not.

These people also do not attend to my calls too.

what kind of service is this and you call yourself world's local bank? it is rediculous&--

what kind of action do you take against these kind of persons who are in service and have no commitment? they are simply playing with customers and have no rights to do that.

Do your credit card recovery service lie on these kind of irresponsible people who are jeopardizing your comapny's name?

Doubt these customer complaints have ever been taken seriously or they are just for the heck of it. If yes, then such people should be thoroughly grilled for their service level.
