Blocking of Salary/Savings Account

This is to report an illegal blocking of my savings/salary bank account by the HSBC Credit Card department. Inspite of me agreeing to pay and requesting for bill statement and credit report, my savings bank account has been blocked without my approval. They have also not responded to any of my mails, despite several reminders. I have been subjected to mental harrasment and no information from the HSBC Credit Card collections department.

I have already reported the crime to Kolkata Police. Kindly suggest the future course of action as I am the sole eraning member of the family. I have financial commitments towards my son's education and mother-inlaws treatment and I need my salary every month.
