Not getting monthly statements of Card No. 4384599994482932

Dear Sir

With due regards I would like to bring it in your kind notice that, I am not getting the monthly statements of my credit card no.4384599994482932 for last almost six months. As I requested lot of times to your Executives but still the status is same. Every time I received calls from your call centres to make min. amt on my cycle date. I am getting confirmations from your telecalling executives about the amount every month.

Please help me to get my monthly statements regular to maintain my account properly.
