Hsbc credit card statement
Excess amount of bill

Dear sir/medam

This is rupak jyoti nath holding hsbc credit card no 4476929981076863 (classic). I want to inform you that in my Oct'09 bill statement there is some excess amount which is beyond my calculation. After lots of attempt, today i have talk to the phone banking exceutive about that but it has not been cleared by that lady even she confused me. So my request is that plz help me out of that because my due date is on 19 -10. I will be highly obliged. Thanking you.
