Hsbc gold credit card
FAKE TRANSACTION posted on my credit card

I did not use the credit card but HSBC shows the transaction of around Rs.10000 on Nov-20 2007.

From then, i raised the dipute on this transaction but HSBC is making me liable for this transaction continuously and annoying me to pay for this till today.

Very painful and worst experience with HSBC. I raised the request to cancel my credit card during Jan. Still, I am receiving the statements.

My card no. was 4384599995255618.
