Finance charges on credit card

My hsbc credit card no. 4476 9254 9865 7811, i feel this is the worst bank i have gone through, i was shocked to see my statement, on october 8 they have levied finance surcharges for last month of 1000 rs and for this month 2000 rs, with out any prior intimation, i feel this bank staff think the customers as fools.iam annoyed with this bank.i request those using hsbc credit cards to be careful.
