Eing billed for cancelled credit card

I got the add on card credit card (5548 5199 9843 1008) on my HSBC credit card cancelled on March 10. I also got my main card (5548 5135 0275 9491) cancelled in Oct. These cards stopped showing up in my HSBC net banking and phone banking after that. In Dec the bank activated the cards again without my consent and levied some charges on it. On Jan 3rd I personally went to the M G Road, gurgoan branch on HSBC and and registered the complaint in writing and have a signed copy of the same. Till date I haven t received any communication from the bank on the complaint but I keep getting harrasing calls from the collections department for charges that are dated much after I had cancelled both the cards. They even ask for annual fee for 2009 for the card that don t even exist.
