Hi,

I had a horrible experience as a HSBC Credit card Customer recently.

Eventhough I have a credit limit of INR 25000 on my HSBC Mastercard, I had them declining a request of INR 2700 when I was checking out from a hotel in Vellore in India.

The Front desk's person look at me after that made it all the more embarrasing!!!

On reaching my home, I found out the reason... I had not paid a minimum amount due for an outstanding amount of INR 4700 ..!!!

Then hy the hell do they give credit limit of INR 25000!!!

That too when HSBC India has my salary account Portfolio management account which has close to INR 200, 000 in it!!!

Pathetic support!!!
