Credit card points cheated

HSBC has a system where every 100 rs spent on the card we get 1 point and similarly I had 6500 points which I had redeemed for shopper's stop and west side gift voucher's between 24th and 27th of Oct. HSBC promised that the gift voucher's will be sent within 3 weeks from the date of request. Its beem more than 2 months now I have not received any vouchers.

Called up the call center and complianed more than 6 times with little luck.

Request you to help me submit a compliant and take necessary actions against the Bank.
