Refusal to open Demat Account/Fixed Deposit

Surprisingly I have been informed by the bank official from HSBC that my name is appearing in the black list.

I have no outstandings with regard to any Bank Loans or any outstandings on Credit cards.

I have an excellant relationship with The HSBC.

Regularly I am getting calls from all most all the reputed banks to take Loans and offerings of

Life Time free credit cards. In the premises of this I am wondering how this is happenning.

May I know urgently on what basis this has been done.
