HSBC / Orchard Bank Credit Card
I was cheated by HSBC

I applied for hsbc secure credit card, for which i had to deposit $200.00. then i closed cause of their fee on 02/11. they promised me that i should receive that payment in 7 to 14 days. which i havn't by 02/29, so i called them again and they said i should receive it by 03/05. when i havn't received this deposit by 03/09 i called them again. and this time their response was different. they say that it takes 30 to 60 days. i know that if i call them again after 60 days same thing happens. because they are good at cheating customers. please someone take action against this company.
