BELOW IS THE MAIL I SENT TO HSBC
Hi Team,
I want to cancel the Credit card due to your poor customer care services and cheated the customer.
After I providing the necessary information Regarding TATA-AIG policy.
Without my fault.you have debited rupees 702 in the statementt this is like day robbery.
I got the letter you sent by dated October 23 along with policy document on november 3/11 after that I canceled that on 4/11. I got credit card statement on 14/11 by 702 rupees debited by TATA-AIG .I could not understand your transaction with the customer.
So I don't want to continue transaction with HSBC any more. You have given me lot of tension and peace less mind.
Thanks for your service up to now. Please provide me the details How to cancel my card and
