Suspected Fraud In Savings Bank Account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had opened an NRE SB Account with HSBC, Trivandrum, which "disappeared" after few years. I believe my account has been subject to fraud. I wrote to the HSBC Nodal Officer, their replies were arbitrary and unsatisfactory, which simply stated "Your account has been closed". Since their replies were totally unsatisfactory, I filed an online complaint against them with The Banking Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram, with supporting documentation, on 31-10. Though I got a complaint number (online) I have not yet received any acknowledgement or reply from the Ombudsman till to date (13-11),

My question is "WHETHER I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT, SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH THE CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM PENDING ANY REPLIES/DECISIONS BY BANKING OMBUDSMAN? "
