STATEMENTS OF CREDIT CARD FOR LAST SIX MONTHS NOT RECIEVED

Dear sir,

I have not recieved credit card statement for last 6 months also i brought to notice of banking department several times despite of that they have not taken any action instead they have levied late payment charges and finance charges which i m not liable to pay.
