Credit Payment Grievance

I have made all the payments of my HSBC Credit Card (Visa) but the Bank keeps on sending me reminder month after month with escalating interest. The last payment made was in Oct. 2007 for Rs. 20, 300/- against my all dues for my credit card. On calling their Phone banking no. 022-66667070/ 67115687/ 67115639/ 67116251 no satisfactory answer has been given to me. Every contact person has been redirecting me to some other no. including 0120-4302133/ 67116115/ 67115682/ 67115650. Finally I was given the no. of some Gaurav Mehra and his cell no. 09820962812. The no. just keeps on ringing and no body picks up the phone. I do not know what to do?
