Cheating People with tempting offers

Hi,

HSBC Marketing guys communicated with me saying cash back offers for petrol purchases at Shell etc and also 15 - 20 % cash back on purchase of all items excluding electrical goods & Services. Further said the processing will take a week to get the card and with no processing fees, no annual charges etc. I applied for card on 7 may 08. After 90 days i got a card with life time free with no cash back facility. I approached them they replied saying the Technical team is not committed to marketing team. they are cheating so many in this way
