Subject: - Regarding billing of our Broadband connection.

With respect to above mention subject this is to inform you that we have your relieance broadband connection started on 22nd of JUNE.

And we have received our first bill on 16th of JULY for the period of 22-6-09 to 4-7-09 and our plan is HSD_DATA.

We have received a bill Rs. 857.00. we are not satisfied with this bill because in the bill, the bill shows use of 18 hours and 42 minutes during day time. Actuallly we have not used this much time which you have mention in the bill. SO PLEASE GIVE US A DETAIL OF HOW MUCH TIME WE HAVE USED EVERYDAY DURING OUR BILLING PERIOD. Further when we take connetion from your R-web center your employee have not tell us properly regarding the actual plan that we have taken and also not mention about first billing system cycle. After getting 1st bill when we go to the R-web center they told that in 1st billing cycle you can not use 10 GB plan at night. They misguide us when we took net connection from R-web center.

According to us we have used your net only about 4 hours and not 18 hours which you have mention in the bill.

SO PLEASE DO NEEDFULL IN THIS MATTER AND IF IT IS POSSIBLE GIVE BILL ACCORDING TO OUR ACTUAL USE THAT IS ONLY 4 HOURS.
