HTC 3400
Very very poor service

I purchased HTC 3400 PDA on 24/05/08 from WaveTel outlet at Rajakilpakkam, Velachery Road, Chennai-73. It developed battery problems and the same WaveTel outlet took my mobile on 16/11/08. They said that it would be given back maximum by 7 days. The mobile is still under warranty.

After till today I did not get it. I am forced to make telephone calls each and every day to them. Every day they are saying that I will take 3-4 more days. Today their zonal manager Mr. Ganesh told me that I would receive the mobile on Monday, 08/12/08.

I am waiting for this last deadline on 8th. If I don't receive any call and mobile from them by this time, i would take legal options against the store and HTC.
