Failure of Handset within 13 days of purcahse

My hand set has stopped on rigtone working and same has been shown to HTC service centre "Salora International" the have detected problem and recommende for D.O.A replacement with your store since complaint is within 13 days of purchase. The same has been refused by E-Zone Treasure Island.

Please reply as early as possible, since after investing 10400.00 still, I am unable to do business calls.
