HTC 3400i
No proper services after sales

I had purchased a HTC 3400i Mobile on 10th April and it worked well only for 50 days. The headset was not working when attached so i went to an Authorised Service Center @ Kondhwa Pune i.e. RT Outsourcing & was informed that need to put the handset for repairing for 7 days, it was a concern that now i need arrange other handset i managed to do the same. I submitted handset on 6th Sept 08 with job sheet no. 2207 and i have to wait for 21 days i recvd the set on 27th Sept after several follow ups and after that i was suprised as i got the set with older version software installed on that and it has been 8 times i have called till date but no one is responding on the same and after inquiring on 020 40100915 i got assurance by Mr. Prashant of 30 mins on 8th oct till date no call is there.
