HTC P-3350 handset

Hi,

I have purchased HTC handset on 29th August. Within one month phone started giving problems. Initially multiple messages are getting selected from inbox instead of switching from one msg to other using touch screen. Same case is while selecting pictures. Then Phone started getting hang/restart next day. I have given cell to HTC Vikroli care center on 7th october for repair. I have not received my cell till date. Each time I visit branch or call them, they told me that part (some board inside cell) hasn't come yet. You will get ur handset in next 3-4 days. Same story is going for last 15-20 days. Really frustrated with the service of HTC.
