Company taking more time to repair Mobile phone

I have depostied my HTC touch mobile on 5May09 at delhi okhla service centre, but till today i have not get any call from service centre. when i call, then they say it will take more time.and they say parts is not available. The problem is 'phone not charging'.Its very painful. When i deposit my phone then they say it will take two days . but after ten days past i don't get any call.

Its very bad service
