Defective Hand set

I have taken HTC P3400 phone. I purchased this phone on 15th aug and the problem appeared on 25th of Aug. This phone has severe problem. When i switch off the phone, it does not starts. It requires Reset button to be pressed for 10-15 times to get started.

I deposited my phone on 1st Sep It took my whole day to deposit my phone to service center and after spending 8 hours in such a humiliating environment they said that there is a problem in mother board and it requires approx 1 week to get repaired. I didn't see a single case in a whole day that service center is returning the phone after the repairment. The problem came into phone on the 13th day from the date of purchase and i submitted it on 15th day.

I saw there were more than 500 people gathered there reg. the phone problem. It seems that i have wasted my 10, 000 Rs.
