I have purchased HTC P3300 phone. Its been 6 months now and the on/off button is not working. I went to the service certer and gave the phone only to find that they have damaged the call (Green) button also and there is a small damage in the phone. They are telling that small damages happen while repairing the phone. If this is the case then why would a customer go to the company's service center and give the phone thinking that his/her phone would be in safe hands and would be serviced properly. It is really upsetting that such mistakes happen.

After complaining i got a reply from the company asking me to give Job NO, S/N, IMEI and service center details. I replied with all the details an it has been more than 7 days i have not received any reply.

How should i go about this further? Please advice
