Attery backup problem

Dear All,

I have purchased a htc (s710, imei no.35525701281200101) handset in the month of nov. and as per review of this handsett battery backup will 7; hours talk time, but i totally fade up that its got discharged within continuous one and half an hour talking and if i used gprs its only work 2 hours. i have show this to svc center they just update its software now i just want to change this handset.

and its got hang very much five to sevent times within a day

guide me asap for this
