Non attendance of complaint

I purchased a HTC P3452 last june which is still under warranty in mumbai, i tried contacting the service centre but they were not ready to lodge my complaint. the number which i called was 022-65247592/95 and the concerned person was some Mr Pankaj. now i dont know what to do as my warranty will expire next month and i will be let helpless. i advice everyone not to ever buy a HTC mobile as it is just not me but hundreds of customers who have been cheated by this company.
